Phil Vitkus is a Senior Project Manager for Wizdom Systems, Inc. He joined the company in 1996 and has more than twenty years of hands-on training experience in business and education. His areas of expertise include the design and development of computer-based training, audio and video scripts, and user and instructor documentation. He also is an expert in business process analysis and mapping. He has consulted with more than a dozen businesses and government agencies to design and develop training to meet their needs.

Phil holds an M.S.Ed. in Special Education from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois and a B.A. in Psychology from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. In addition, he has attended the Goethe Institute of Language in Staufen, Germany and has had ongoing education in instructional systems design, technical writing, computer programming, web page design, Information Mapping^©, and Spanish.
