Naperville, IL – August 16, 2002 - Directors and Managers of the IT staff of the American Medical Association, Chicago, Illinois, successfully completed Wizdom's Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Course August 14-16. The team learned BPR, the Minerva methodology, IDEF modeling, and the application of Activity Based Costing (ABC).

The AMA team is using these tools to effectively develop process models to help internal staff improve process efficiency in the publications area of member services.
