R.K. Dixon Completes Wizdom's BPR Training

R.K. Dixon Company, an office solutions
integrator located in Davenport, IA, successfully completed Wizdom's Business Process
Reengineering (BPR) Course June 5-7. The team from R.K. Dixon learned BPR, the Minerva
methodology, and IDEF modeling. They are using these tools to effectively develop process
models to help a client move from a paper-based system to a fully automated process.
