| The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center San Diego Hires Wizdom to Teach the Department of Defense Architecture Framework | ||
|
Naperville IL, January 4, 2007 - The Space and Naval Warfare Center (SPAWAR) San Diego recently took part in Wizdom's Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) course from December 4-6. DoDAF is a common approach for Department of Defense architecture description, development, presentation, and integration for both warfighting operations and business processes. The DoDAF is intended to ensure that architecture descriptions can be compared and related across organizational and mission area boundaries. SPAWAR is responsible for developments of the technology to collect, transmit, process, display, and, most critically, manage information essential to successful military operations. "Wizdom's DoDAF training has motivated, brightened, and helped our team at Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR) to develop the necessary DoDAF work compliant products on one of Navy's biggest project, GCCS-M," said Navy project owner Daniel Gelyana.
Wizdom and DoDAF Training
"We are happy and proud to serve our Navy," said Steven Kroll of Wizdom. "It was a great course, and we look forward to training more of the U.S. Military and private sectors on the very important DoDAF." In addition to DoDAF Training, Wizdom's book DoDAF Wizdom is considered the decisive source within DoD and other government organizations for managing enterprise architecture projects. Wizdom also offers in-depth DoDAF consulting. About Wizdom Systems
