ProcessWorks! is an activity modeling tool that allows you to visualize your current processes and understand business requirements. ProcessWorks! helps you diagram, or map out, how each activity within your business works and how it fits together with all of the other activities. It then gives you an overall picture or "roadmap" of your organization. From your activity model, you can then quickly and accurately depict new process reengineering solutions with "what-if" models.

	Step 1 Build the IDEF0 Activity model (OV-5) complete with the Integrated Glossary (AV-2). Use the Integrated Text Diagram to build the Executive Summary of Your Architecture - the AV-1. It stays automatically linked to the OV-5 as does the AV-2.
Step 2 Generate a Use Case Diagram with a simple mouse click.
	Step 3 As the IDEF0 diagram is built, ProcessWorks! knows the primary inputs and outputs. At a mouse click, ProcessWorks! uses this to generate an activity model in the Rummler-Brache swim lane format in Visio. Here additional data can be added. If the user has added IER properties, to the IDEF0 diagram, they are also automatically migrated to the Visio activity model.
