In order to compete in today’s world, changes both large and small need to occur within an organization. With Wizdom’s background in business process reengineering (BPR) and change management, it teamed up with CNA Insurance to assist its need for change.

Wizdom Systems provided CNA staff with the training and assistance necessary in creating the Strategic Audit Protocol (SAP). This protocol was developed to assure that future claims strategies and practices throughout its strategic business units (SBU) were consistent with the overall interests and goals of CNA. The protocol addressed business units, their claims departments, and overall operational activities in each.

With Wizdom’s modeling tools, it was able to map CNA’s SAP model to content and database information that supported SAP activities. This provided CNA with a better way of kicking off projects, conducting SBU audits, analyzing the data, and determining/implementing best practices.
