Course Description:
Wizdom's Process Analysis with Balanced Scorecard workshop presents a unique four-prong approach to the Balanced Scorecard. The three-day workshop is designed to help you understand and promote organizational alignment as well as communicate your core business goals from top to bottom.
The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a proven approach to strategic management focusing on long-term strategies using process analysis as a tool for measuring performance. The BSC translates a vision into a tool that effectively communicates strategic intent and tracks performance against established goals.
The BSC is designed to enhance a company's traditional financial measures by simultaneously tracking financial results with three additional components: growth of customer satisfaction and loyalty, progress in building internal process capabilities and the acquisition of intangible assets for future growth.
The workshop is dedicated to answering four important questions:
1. Why does your organization need a balanced scorecard?
2. What type of core processes does your organization operate, and how would a Balanced Scorecard benefit their strategic alignment?
3. How do you display the results?
4. How do you use the BSC and its results to manage your organization?
With case studies, group discussions and practical applications, Wizdom's Process Analysis with Balanced Scorecard workshop will help you to understand the answer to these questions, and more.
At the conclusion of this workshop, students will have the knowledge to:
Modify a strategic plan
Develop a Balanced Scorecard
Develop a directed strategy with goals
Design an As-Is process flow model with metrics
Develop a To-Be process flow with goal-related metrics
