Process and Data/System Modelers

We have an immediate need for experienced process modelers/business analysts to join our team for a highly visibly client.

Responsibilities:

  • Document AS-IS and TO-BE process and data flows, architectures, and applications.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in at least one of the popular modeling languages, such as IDEF, UML, or Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
  • Some formal modeling training or at least 5 years process modeling experience with popular modeling tools and languages, such as Telelogic's System Architect.
  • At least a BS degree desired.

Software Engineers

We have an immediate need for software engineers for our Department of Defense (DoD) client. This is an exciting, high level, high profile, long term project for a new and very visible organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop requirements for, as well as design, develop, test, and maintain, software applications, using primarily Visual Basic, HTML, XML, XML style sheets, and SQL.
  • Perform system analysis, design, implementation, and documentation for various projects.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in technical field; advanced degree a plus. At least 2-5 years of previous experience is required in software/systems development and/or implementation.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience programming with any of the following: Visual Basic, VBA, ASP, VBScript. Minimum 1-2 years development experience using Visual Studio .NET environment.
  • Minimum 2 years experience using some or all of the following: HTML, JavaScript, ActiveX, Visual Interdev/Visual Studio, FrontPage.
  • Experience developing databases, preferably MS SQL Server.
  • U.S. Citizenship required as well as the ability and willingness to obtain DoD security clearances.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pluses

  • Knowledge of Telelogic System Architect (SA) and Information Web Publisher (IWP).
  • DoDAF experience.
  • Knowledge of XML and XML style sheets.
  • Prior DoDAF experience using SA and developing SA macros.
  • Microsoft Certified Software Developer (MCSD) status.
  • VB .NET and/or C# .NET language experience.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise architecture components and supporting methodologies.
  • Database skills, especially with MS Access and SQL.
  • Object-oriented analysis and design experience using UML.

Management Analysts

We have an immediate need for Management Analysts to join our team. Applicants should be self-starters and very responsible.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend project team meetings.
  • Maintain the established MS Project schedule.
  • Help prepare status reports.
  • Take on project task lead roles.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years consulting/office/administration experience.
  • Strong MS Excel and Word skills.
  • Good attention to details.
  • BS degree desired.

Systems Analysts

We have an immediate need for experienced Systems Analysts/Implementers for our Washington DC operations. This is an exciting, high profile, long term project for a very visible organization within the Department of Defense (DoD).

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the key member for the system implementation team.
  • Work with other systems analysts, programmers, and end-users to gather information about program functions, features, data requirements, input/output requirements, internal and external checks and controls, hardware and operating system environments, and interfaces with other systems.
  • Design and implement system enterprise modules.
  • Provide technical assistance by responding to inquires regarding errors, problems, or questions.
  • Revise programs with corrections, enhancements, or system environment changes.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current module releases.
  • Troubleshoot break/fix resolutions and recurring support and enhancement activities.
  • Gather and analyze problems/data to identify and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of system analysis and some ERP implementation experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years software/systems implementation, preferably within ERP package systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle).
  • Formal training and/or equivalent hands-on experience in full-function client/server systems.
  • Good operating systems knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, and teamwork skills.
  • U.S. citizenship is required as well as the ability and willingness to obtain DoD security clearances.

Analysis and Design Engineers

We are seeking experienced intermediate and senior level process and materials analysis and design engineers for both our Washington DC area and our Chicago operations. MS or PHD desirable with experience in the semiconductor field a plus.
