Knowledge Management
Certificate Program

Knowledge Management (KM) is a fundamental component of organizational development and business strategy as well as an integral part of the business reform efforts of Department of Defense organizations. The Wizdom Training Center is pleased to offer the Knowledge Management Certificate Program. This program has been specifically developed and tailored to meet the changing needs of the US Government with a focus on the policies and initiatives driving business reform.

The objective of Wizdom's Knowledge Management Certificate Program is to provide the fundamental knowledge necessary to plan, analyze, design, manage, and monitor KM programs and initiatives. The focus of this program is to enable a KM professional to effectively communicate the strategic value of KM and to develop the supporting business case to justifying the investment. This critical phase of the training focuses on the strategic planning, financial planning, and analysis side of KM. Time is spent on how to analyze, model, design, measure, and transform an environment to help the organization meet its goals faster and more effectively by focusing on the management of knowledge within the organization.
