Wizdom Project Highlights
- Business Transformation Agency (DoD)
Matt currently serves as a Management Analyst in support of the BTA’s Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), which manages the development and integration of the Defense Integrated Military Human Resource System (DIMHRS). DIMHRS is the largest implementation of PeopleSoft ERP software in history. Matt supports EPMO in the areas of Requirements and Documentation Management, Change Management, and development and implementation of program metrics in the areas of Interface Development and Testing.
- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers , Savannah District
As part of the Wizdom team, Matt assisted the District in an analysis with recommendations that resulted in improving the organizational structure, manpower, and processes employed by the District. Cost drivers in the contract administration process were identified and analyzed. Final recommendations highlighted the most efficient structure, staffing, and process improvements with the best use of the automation technologies available.
- U.S. Missile Defense Agency
Under a Small Business Innovative Research Grant (SBIR), Matt provided Project Management support for a two-year process improvement effort, managing the budget, delivering project status requirements to the Government and providing meeting facilitation. Wizdom addressed the Agency's need to cut production costs of highly volatile components of their weapons systems. Matt helped document new techniques for raw material screening to eliminate waste from the manufacturing process and cut production costs. The effort resulted in significantly higher yields and shorter lead times, ultimately delivering more affordable weapons systems for the Government.
- Hewitt Associates
Integral manager for a project involving the development of a series of web-based training courses for the largest Human Resources consulting firm in the world, Hewitt Associates. Matt was part of the Wizdom team which built Hewitt a leaner, more stable and interactive learning environment for educating associates in topics such as Affirmative Action and Cultural Diversity, deemed critical to the success of Hewitt’s initiatives.
